Sundance Stables
The Sundance Stables are located at 532 Sundance Trail. There are two barns with 40 stalls, a round pen, a practice arena, 9 fully fenced pastures and plenty of tack space.

Whether or not you are renting a stall, the following rules apply at the Stables:

Need a current Coggins for your horse

Need a State park pass to use the Stable's park entrance

Under 18 MUST wear helmet while on property

Need to call Barn Manager for use of round pen or arena

All visitors must sign a liability waiver at the stable office to be on the property
The Stable Committee meets every first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the big barn.

If you board a horse at the stables or if you own a horse and you would like to use the stables facilities, you will need an access key card to enter the stables property. Please fill out the agreement on this page and return it, along with the deposit, to the Sundance dropbox located at 1707 Shenandoah Rd. There is a maximum of 2 key cards per household. (You will still need to retain your physical key for use should the power go out and also to access the marina property.)
Currently, the fees for a Sundance resident to Board a horse at the stables are:
1. $50 application fee (non-refundable)
2. $50 stall deposit, per stall (refundable)
3. $68 monthly rent, per stall (or a proration for partial months)
4. $50 deposit for gate remote, optional
5. $90 fee for physical key in case of power outage ($75 is refundable), optional
6. Participation in scheduled barn workdays OR $50 payment for each missed workday.

Residents must do their own feeding, mucking, turning out, and assist in keeping the barns clean on a daily basis.
