Situated on 3 wide-open acres at the front of our community, Sundance Park is an evolving amenity.  It is also the starting point of our annual Halloween Party and the site of neighborhood yard sales.

Thanks to recent volunteer efforts, and the generosity of the Hillsborough County Children's Board, we have a wonderful new playground for our children to enjoy!  Volunteers are also responsible for the entrance signage, the picnic tables, flower beds and general clean-up of the property.

Families will also find a 4-seat swing set available for kids to enjoy.  Residents can enjoy a walking track and several trail exercise stations around the park.
