The Sundance Marina is located at 1701 Lightfoot Rd.  At the end of a long, winding road you'll find 2 acres of wide open space, a large covered pavilion, a boat ramp entering the Little Manatee River and two docks from which you can relax and fish.  Also on site are restroom facilities, a playground, a charcoal grill and plenty of picnic tables to seat your guests. The pavilion is the perfect spot for parties and is where Sundance hosts some of their fun community events!

Please familiarize yourself with the Marina Property Rules prior to visiting the marina.

Unless you secure the pavilion with a reservation, it is open to all residents and their guests year round.

Please be aware that your reservation will not be honored until your $75 refundable deposit and non-refundable $25 rental fee have been paid and your Marina Reservation Agreement has been received.

The easiest way to submit your agreement and payment is to email the agreement to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com and Zelle the payment, also to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com.  Or your payment can be made via cash or a $100 check payable to Sundance and delivered with the agreement to the Sundance dropbox located at 1707 Shenandoah Rd.  Please email sundancehoainfo@gmail.com after you have dropped them off at the dropbox.

 

Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance and for no longer than 2 consecutive days.  **Please note 8am to midnight of the same calendar day is considered one day.  Overnight reservations are accepted on a per case basis.

The Marina Committee meets every second Monday of the month at 6:00pm in the pavilion.  Feel free to stop by and join in.
