Building a home, erecting a fence or installing a swimming pool are all examples of projects that require Architectural Committee (ARC) review.  For guidance on what is and is not allowed in Sundance, please review the file below titled ARC Guidelines Amended and your Deed Restrictions. Once your project has been designed and planned, you should submit the Sundance ARC Form below along with the $30.00 application fee (if required; see table below).  The ARC will decide to approve or deny the application.  In the case of a denial, a reason(s) for denial will be provided, and the ARC will work with you to get your project approved, if possible.  

Return your check (if required) and form to the Sundance mailbox located at 1707 Shenandoah Rd. or email to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com.  If your bank offers Zelle payments, you can send the payment directly to us at sundancehoainfo@gmail.com, no need for a check.
