Amenities are for the use of residents and their guests only.  Please pay attention to posted

signage on the properties and treat our common areas as you would your own home.

Residents may rent an amenity key set that opens the amenity gates and the restrooms at the marina.

To rent a key set, you must pay a $15 non-refundable cutting fee and a $75 refundable deposit.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of 2 sets per household.

To get a key:

Fill out the key card agreement above and email it to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com, and Zelle the payment also
to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com.  If your bank does not support Zelle, you can leave the agreement and a check in the Sundance drop box at 1707 Shenandoah Rd. If you leave it in the drop box, send an email to sundancehoainfo@gmail.com afterwards to let us know it's there.

Once we have the agreement and payment, we'll email you to let you know when your key is ready, and where to pick it up.

You will get a metal key to open the bathrooms at the marina and for use if the power goes out. Your access card will work at both the marina and stables.

 

Please note: Keys and cards are issued in sets. You must return both to receive your deposit back.
 

KEYS/CARDS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE!

 

Each set is uniquely numbered and is non-transferable.  The set should remain in the possession of a resident at all times and should never be loaned to anyone else.  If you lose your set, please email immediately.  Your deposit will be refunded upon return of the key(s) assigned to you.
