Sundance is a beautiful single family home community in south Hillsborough County, just south of the Little Manatee River State Park.  All single family homes in our equine-friendly neighborhood are situated on a minimum of 1 acre.  Our residents enjoy a 40-stall horse stable with multiple individual pastures, a 3-acre park, and a marina with a covered pavilion and restrooms available for private functions.
